 Alan D. Feldman
Chairman
Midas International
Alan Feldman is Chairman of Midas International. Creating and executing
highly successful growth strategies has been the cornerstone of his 25+
year career with industry-leading corporations, including serving as President
& COO of McDonalds Americas, CFO and Senior Vice President for Pizza
Hut, Director of Strategic Planning for Frito Lay, and as a Principal Consultant
with AT Kearney. Feldman’s philosophies are based on tenets of marketing
innovation, fiscal discipline, people development, and shareholder value
creation. These principles and comprehensive leadership experience, integrated
with strategy, finance, operations and marketing, have enabled him to drive
long-term results.
As a corporate executive, a Big 5 management consultant, and member of
the board of corporate and philanthropic organizations, Feldman has identified
and resolved strategic issues not immediately apparent to others, defined
clear visions that prompted complete shifts in business approach and leadership
paradigms, and empowered employees to achieve new standards of performance.
He has consistently exceeded P&L, ROI and shareholder expectations
in turnaround, rapid growth and domestic and international business environments.
Feldman holds a BA in Marketing and MBA from the University of Illinois.
