 Joseph E. Jannotta
Chairman and Founder
Jannotta, Bray & Associates
Joe Jannotta has been building and leading successful companies for over
30 years. His corporate career has included senior roles with branded consumer
products manufacturers and retailers, Osco Drug and Yoplait. He then prior
to transitioning into professional services where he started and built
Jannotta, Bray & Associates into a national career consulting firm,
and founded the Association of Outplacement Consulting Firms International
(AOCFI).
Recognized for his vision, innovation and “Midas touch,” Jannotta has led
the start-up and rapid growth of two diversified consumer product and service
companies. He negotiated the sale of these businesses to publicly held
corporations for a significant premium creating substantial shareholder
value. For over 20 years, Jannotta has shared his formula for success with
others, as a career coach/mentor and specialist in human resource and workforce
development. He has helped corporations groom their employees and business
leaders, and helped advance the careers of thousands of professionals,
managers and executives from all types of industries and functional disciplines.
Still committed to human resource optimization and workforce development,
Jannotta mentors undergraduate students at Chicago State University and
serves as the Vice Chairman of the university’s foundation. He is active
in the Economic Club of Chicago.
Jannotta holds a BA from Williams College and MBA from the University of
Chicago. He served as an officer and pilot in the U.S. Navy with a tour
in Korea. |
