The Team - Biography
Carol Wetmore
 Carol Wetmore is an Executive Advisor who has long been recognized by her
colleagues for her management and coaching skills and her ability to translate
those skills into high performance organizations.
Most recently, she was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Global
Trade Services at Bank One following the merger with First Chicago in 1998.
Wetmore has significant P&L experience and a solid track record integrating
strategic initiatives with innovative business solutions and operational
excellence. Ms. Wetmore is skilled in general management, sales, product
management and marketing of global financial and information business services
and technology.
Ms. Wetmore has held numerous roles on boards of directors, and as Chairman
of a significant non-profit, led the development and execution of a strategic
plan that led to a merger that has since been described as consolidation
“best practice” in the non-profit sector. Wetmore has developed comprehensive
budgeting and reporting systems, implemented service and operating improvements
and generated substantial surpluses to help organizations pay down long-term
debt. She earned her MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University and
her BS in Business Administration from Marquette University. |
