The Team - Biography
Daniel J. DeWitt, Ph.D.
 Dan DeWitt is a licensed psychologist with more than 25 years of experience
providing assessments and coaching to executives in start-ups to Fortune
50 companies. He also served as President of InformaNet, Ltd., an assessment,
selection, management and organizational development firm.
Dr. DeWitt blends clinical and organizational psychology to serve as the
interface between individuals and organizations. He takes a practical,
bottom-line approach that focuses on increasing individual effectiveness
to increase corporate results. He is a widely recognized expert in how
technology impacts corporate culture, teamwork and communication. He was
a key partner in the delivery of world-class service transition and coaching
services to executive clients where he developed and refined an extensive
executive assessment process before joining Shields Meneley Partners.
Dr. DeWitt began his career working with CAD/CAM Specialists, Inc., an
executive recruiting and human resource firm and has served on the boards
of a number of public and private companies. He earned a B.A. in Psychology
from Northwestern University, an M.A. in pre-clinical psychology from Ball
State University, and a Ph.D. in clinical psychology with an emphasis in
organizational psychology from Purdue University.
